TS TET Eligibility Criteria 2025

Classes I-V at the Primary Level	Candidates must have completed at least 50% of their Senior Secondary (or equivalent) coursework in addition to earning a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or a four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). A two-year Diploma in Education is also available to candidates who have finished Senior Secondary (or a comparable program) and received at least 45% of the potential points. (D.Ed.) that complies with NCTE standards. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and an approved Elementary Education Diploma are also eligible to apply.
VI- VIII in Upper Primary Level	Candidates have to be with 2 years of diploma in (D.El.Ed.) or a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) with at least 50% marks. According to NCTE criteria, those who have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 45% of their grades in a B.Ed. certifications are also qualified. Applicants may also be those who have earned at least 50% in a four-year B.A./B.Sc. Ed. or B.A. Ed/B.Sc. Ed. program.
